I want to be an animator, its settled. After going through the harsh loops of illustration and design, im finally sure that i want to stick to animation. Ive been learning more about drawing outside the program than inside the program, most composition techniques Ive learned were from other animators here at blogspot.com. Sure, the program got me to work on deadlines faster than before yet all the programs I'm currently using in illustration aren't really drawing program. I mean, ive been surviving the first year to finally get to the animation section and then BAM; No more traditional animation, everything done in flash. And believe me, you do not know how this particular aspect brought arguments between me and my teacher. I'm not gonna start a rant here or anything since drawing can replace that anytime yet flash isn't a drawing program so i cant really use my full potential with this program and problem is that i want to show my best in my demo reel, i cant just send some flash animation or model sheet at disney or another animation studio.
Right now, i dont know whats gonna happen with this illustration program, maybe wait till next year to change to animation, maybe just quit this semester to do freelance work who knows anymore.

Non ! Ce n'est pas possible ! Mais à quoi donc servent les écoles d'animation si c'Est pour apprendre à cliquer sur les boutons d'un logiciel !? Je n'en reviens pas !!!
Je passais juste par là car je ne suis plus à Ubisoft depuis vendredi, et.. pff ça fait du bien ! Enfin presque parce que maintenant je dois supporter un autre genre de "deadline" mon retour en France ! Si je ne te croise pas d'ici mon départ pour le "vieux continent" je voudrai te remercier pour tous les petits moments rigolos que tu m’as offerts pour supporter mes longues journées de travail...!!!! Bonne route à toi et oui j'espère très fort que tu vas être un animateur !! Plein de belles choses pour toi !
